Dirk has been in professional kitchens for over 40 years. From culinary school in Amsterdam to being a chef on oil rigs in the North Sea. He even ran the kitchen on the world’s largest tugboat – the Tempest.

Kim has a history of taking care of guests in B&B’s and other businesses she has owned and operated.

Now they have teamed up to serve quality food without a high price for Boners Ferry and travelers passing through. The menu has influences from both Europe and America. Just like the composition of the hostess and the chef.
